  • Track content performance and analytics

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Connect valid platform accounts (TikTok, Instagram, and/or YouTube)
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Content Ownership and License

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of all AI-generated content before publishing.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other third-party platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to:

  • The terms and policies of each third-party platform
  • Our ability to maintain integration as platforms evolve
  • Platform-specific rate limits and restrictions

We are not responsible for changes to third-party platforms that may affect the Service.

7. Fees and Payment

Some features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law

  • You engage in fraudulent activity
